*This role suits a high performing Used Car Sales Manager/Business Manager. Motortrade experience as a manager for a minimum of 3 years required!*

Main Responsibilities

• Maximise sales, chassis profit, finance, products and warranty income targets.
• Ability to second face, negotiate and close deals.
• Focus on the sales strategy to increase sales revenue and profit in accordance with a growth plan.
• Be a dynamic process driven leader
• Ensure compliance and regulatory sales processes in order to treat customers fairly.
• Ensure Sales Executives are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence as well as achieving monthly targets
• Facilitator for all Sales Executives ensuring they are trained and reviewed to the required standards and to support the sales team through coaching and development

Our perfect candidate below:

• Must have 3 years experience as a Sales Manager within Automotive
• Strong leadership skills
• To be able to develop and influence the team in a positive way
• The ability to provide direction and motivation to others to achieve our visions and objectives.
• Well-developed management and leadership skills, with the ability to adjust style and approach to maximise team and individual performance
• The ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands and schedule work appropriately
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals
• A full and valid UK driving licence is required
