We have a fantastic opportunity available for a motivated and target driven individual to join an industry-leading prestige main dealership in Bristol as a Car Sales Executive representing the most thrilling automotive brands.

Let me first of all tell you what this company can offer:

  • OTE £50,000 but uncapped
  • Outstanding prestigious brand

Hours Of Work:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am till 6:00pm
  • Saturday - 9:00am till 5:00pm
  • Sunday - 10:00am till 4:00pm

The Requirements For This Car Sales Executive Position:

  • Previous sales experience is essential in this role.
  • To provide the best in the industry customer experience with each enquiry so it gives the company the greatest chance to retain all of our brilliant customers throughout the future.
  • Your day-to-day role will be to convert sales enquiries into confirmed sales.
  • You’ll have the greatest respect for our customers by asking the right questions to understand not just what the customer wants, but what they could benefit from. This will be key for cross selling our financial services and products.
  • Building lasting relationships with both new and existing customers in person and over the phone.
  • Provide a full and thorough ‘Customer Journey’ to ensure customers’ needs are thoroughly and accurately met.
  • Recommend the best possible products that suits the demand & needs of the customer in order to optimise profitability.
  • To be able to understand and proficiently present a full knowledge of our products including all vehicles within the brand, financial services products and vehicle accessories.
  • Consistently achieve agreed sales targets within defined operating and financial guidelines.
  • Prospecting new customers by telephone, attending product launches, other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database.
  • Ensure all customers are treated fairly and an approved FCA compliant approach is used with all customers.
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange.
